MAY I PICK UP MY RENTALS THE DAY BEFORE I START SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING?
Yes, You can pick up your equipment any time after 3pm the day before you start skiing or riding at no extra cost to help you catch the first lift the following morning.
MAY I CHOOSE WHICH MODEL AND SIZE I WISH TO RENT?
Yes. We offer a broad selection of all brand new 2019/2020 skis and snowboards in most sizes to fit every skill level and skiing or riding style. Just tell us what you want and we are happy to reserve the exact model or size.
IF I DON'T LIKE MY EQUIPMENT, CAN I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT MODEL OR SIZE?
Of course you can. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy every minute of your time on the slopes. If you don’t like your gear, just drop by the shop, tell us how we can help and we will be glad to recommend and alternate model or size.
I'M UNFAMILIAR WITH THE MODELS THAT ARE OFFERED, CAN YOU HELP?
We’d be happy to help with that. The best thing to do is to call our shop and talk to one of the expert staff members.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY EQUIPMENT TUNED?
In most cases we guarantee next day service. Simply drop off your skis or snowboard at our shop by 5PM and we will have it ready to go the following morning at 8AM.
HOW FAR IS SUNSET FROM THE SLOPES?
We’re located in the heart of Snowmass Village Mall and just footsteps to the slopes. We’re also conveniently located across from the ticket pavilion and local dining options.
WHERE CAN I BUY LIFT TICKETS AND BOOK SKI OR SNOWBOARD LESSONS?
Lift tickets are available for purchase at either the ticket pavilion, directly across from Sunset on the Snowmass Village Mall, or at the Base Village near the Village Express Lift.
Lessons can be booked in person at the Ticket Pavilion or Tree House Base Village, Gondola Ticket Office
WHAT TIME DO THE LIFTS OPEN AND CLOSE?
The base lifts start at 8:30AM and run until 3:30PM. If you’re interested in the Fresh Tracks Program, inquire at the Ticket Pavilion for instructions on joining and early departure before the posted opening hours.
